I am lucky enough to be in an area where our brides can have a choice of having their rehearsal dinner on either one of the islands. Being able to capitalize on the sun kissing you good night on the night before your wedding is so romantic and a great way to get into the destination wedding spirit. I loved the dramatic prints of this maxi dress, and when paired with the gold belt, it ultimately kicked it up a notch. After all, we’re a chic, but cultural casual look. I felt like the flowing nature of the fabric was quite fitting for the beach, while the interwoven design of both the cuff and earrings lent themselves to add more drama to the overall look. Pulling your hair back like J.Lo is practical and sexy—the beach winds will blow your hair to shreds, but the style also allows your face to garner more attention. Cue the gorgeous dangle earrings and a smoldering makeup palette and you’re fabulous. One of my favorite things to purchase for vacation whenever Captain America and I travel are barefoot sandals, as seen above. Heels will be pointless at the beach. You could opt for really cute sandals, but more likely than not, they will be kicked off within the hour. Barefoot sandals showcase your perfect pedicure, but also look great with a pair of flip flops.*** Don’t forget to add your favorite pashmina for when the evening begins to cool!***
