Our 90-Day Management service ranges from $3,000 – $4500 depending upon guest count, event locations and schedules. Full-service planning is available by portolio invitation only and is custom quoted, but most couples invest between $9,500 and $12,000+. We’ll talk through all of it on your First Look call — no pressure, just possibilities.

A signed agreement and a $1,000 non-refundable retainer secure your date. For 90 day management, your remaining balance is split into two payments: 90 days out and 30 days before your event.

For 90 day event management, we recommend reaching out at least 3–6 months before your wedding. Our calendar fills quickly and we take on a limited number of events to ensure you receive our full attention.

Not at all. Even if your date or venue isn’t locked in yet, we can help you make smart early choices that set everything else up for success. (And if we’re not the right fit, we’ll guide you to someone who is.)

We’ll meet you where the party is — from Saint Simons to Tulum to Tuscany. Our passports stay ready, and our vendor relationships span the globe. Wherever you’re celebrating, we can help you do it well.

Our calendar fills quickly, but don’t panic — our trusted coordination team is trained in our exact process and brings the same polish and presence you’d expect from Terrica herself. (And yes, she still oversees every detail behind the scenes.)

Splendid. Being Type A is only a problem if you’re also Type Z when it comes to decision-making 😉. But truly: we love intentional, detail-driven couples. You dream it, we’ll design the path to get there — with room to breathe and enough structure to relax.

Because Full-Service Planning is such a hands-on, collaborative process, we accept only a limited number of weddings each year. “Portfolio Invitation” means we work with couples whose event style, planning needs, and creative vision align with our expertise — so we can deliver the elevated, intentional experience we’re known for.
