Wedding Coordination

Enjoying your wedding the way you have planned is one of the benefits of having our professional staff on hand for your wedding day.  When you work with your handpicked team of lifestyle event designers, you will rest assured that we will remember all the details so you can focus on the important aspects of your day.  You will begin working with your team a month prior to your wedding– your team will begin confirming your vendors, assist you with finalizing any details, as well as create event blueprints for your wedding.

Your staff will also be on hand for your rehearsal and your wedding day, providing you with the security, professionalism and grace that you need to successfully execute your day.

Wedding Consulting

Getting the help you need from the very beginning is crucial to starting off your wedding planning process smoothly.  Our petite collections are designed to assist you with the basics of wedding planning– giving you the security and confidence that you are making the right decisions to save money and create a fabulous affair.

Budget Planning

Your staff will work with you to create a realistic budget based on the event priorities you set from our extensive Client Wedding Questionnaire.  This petite collection includes a one hour budget consultation with a lifestyle event designer, a customized finance portfolio based on your budget.  Your staff will also provide suggestions on different ways to maximize your wedding’s event vision within your financial comfort zone.

Vendor Selection Assistance

Choosing the right vendors can be a tedious process consisting of many emails, phone calls and visits.  Your team can eliminate the countless hours of footwork by personally matching you to vendors that fit your event vision and budget.  We do not give out lists of vendors; instead, we take our time to ensure that you find vendors excited your wedding as you are.  Your lifestyle event designer will provide you with an exclusive vendor portfolio of suggested vendor, as well as pre-screen vendors for your selected criteria or up to three vendors per category.

Venue Selection Assistance

Selecting the “perfect” venue is essential to the overall event vision for your wedding.  Your team will work with you to help you determine your event’s personality and how the venue will tie into that concept.  In addition to research, your team will accompany or perform walkthroughs of three venues.  You will be provided with a detailed venue report that consists of recommendations, photographs and more.  Your staff will also set your appointments to visit these venues to make your final decisions.
